Hello!

I am a senior product designer who is currently reimagining the help & support experience at Shopify.

Prior to Shopify, I led the content management and discovery team for SAP Analytics Cloud. I also co-led the platform area with my design manager for SAP Data & Analytics Solutions in the Cloud.

My past experiences includes designing for 10-foot experiences at LVL studio for TELUS and other telco clients. Before that, I learned about content management systems and web development at Simon Fraser University with the team that brought the university into the world of responsive web.
